Captain Sean holds a 500 ton master license and is professionally trained to deal with a wide scope of emergencies at sea including medical, mechanical, rescue, etc. He has planned and executed voyages from the glaciers of Alaska to the reefs of the tropics, with over 200,000 nautical miles logged as a professional captain through countless countries and several oceans.
Sean previously worked as super-yacht captain and engineer, as well as a professional angler and backcountry guide. After sailing to Panama 10 years ago, he fell in love with Bocas Del Toro and went on a mission to explore the intricacies of the archipelago. After almost a decade of fishing the local waters and discovering the regions hidden gems above and below the waves, he’s formed a list of his favorite 115 spots for his clients. Most of these have never been seen by the majority of locals. Your guide grew up on a fishing boat and his childhood passion has never faded. He takes a calculated approach to fishing the waters of Bocas, preparing for every trip like an obsessed scientist. But when those lines zip off, there’s not a more excited and electrified angler in Panama. "When someone has the coolest experience of their life, their energy is off the charts and infectious. I get to share that with people every day." |
